Dhokra craftsmen, or ‘Dhokra Shilpis,’ use brass or bronze alloys to create intricate pieces like ornaments and figurines. This art form transcends gender barriers, with artisans passing down their skills through observation and guidance. Today, artisans in Betul continue to preserve and innovate this tribal art, drawing inspiration from local folklore, nature, and spirituality.
